I own a dog walking/petsitting business in a neighborhood called Fishtown in Philadelphia. It is a small neighborhood with a lot of neighborhood pride. Sophia researched the area and included a row home, a local park and recognizable street signs in her work. A very nice touch and it showed me she was willing to do the extra work to sell my hyper-local business. She was easy to work with and listened to all of my concerns.
